JACS is an eclectic, family-run bistro, open from 12 am in the morning until late evening, with closing time on Monday evenings.

Much more than a restaurant or a café, JACS is a welcoming place where you can enjoy lunch and dinner dishes prepared in our kitchen with quality ingredients, or drink teas, coffees and other cold or hot drinks at any time of day: at lunch time and in the afternoon JACS also offers sandwiches and salads, going through rare beers to classic cocktails, becoming a unique place in town.

All this in the heart of the historic center of Pisa, in a recently restored place to rediscover the value of time and awaken the palate.
JACS is also and above all "food, drink & internet bistro" because it provides its customers with free WiFi Internet service.
